If it does state that we tested it, we may not go through and test every setting/option available on the device. If tested, we test for basic functionality and disclose those results.

● RETURN POLICY
THIS ITEM IS BEING SOLD AS IS, unless we make a mistake in the listing (see “OUR FAULT” section below) or arrives DOA or damaged in transit, so please review entire listing including photos and description carefully before bidding.
Please only purchase this item if you ARE 100% certain that it is precisely what you want or need. We understand that things can happen and we will certainly work with you, however, we do not have the capacity to offer the option to buy it, try it out and then return the item because the buyer changes their mind, or just wants something else, and having us pay for the return shipping.
IF
you request to return the item for the above reasons (Not Our Fault), you will be charged for the full return shipping costs.
AND
If return request is accepted, all items must be returned unused and in the same exact condition (including all components/parts & wrappers, shipping contents, box, supplies, etc…) as they were shipped within 14 days
OR
you will receive only a partial refund for the item and pay all shipping costs.
We are always willing to work with the buyer so they are completely satisfied with their purchase.
● OUR FAULT:
If we make a mistake in our description or if an item arrives to you DOA or damaged in transit (aside from any defects that have been previously disclosed in the description as some items are listed with those defects mentioned) than we will offer a return. Once we receive the item back we will inspect it. If the damage is found to be due to shipping or due to our negligence, we will provide a full refund plus shipping. If the item appears to have been used by the buyer, or damaged caused by the buyer, and/or missing original parts or components or shipping supplies, we may not issue a full refund for the item and/or associated shipping costs.
Any return requests received more than 14 days after the sale date will not be accepted.
● SHIPPING
We strive to ship all items as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to ship the same day or the day after items are purchased.
Shipping is calculated automatically based on precise weight, size and destination of package.
We can not ship to PO Boxes. Items purchased/won with PO Box shipping addresses will be cancelled and/or refunded immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: We ship all items very quickly. Once the item has been purchased, we can not change the shipping destination address or shipping carrier at any time. Buyers need to have the correct shipping address setup on their account as this is how ebay calculates shipping and that address is automatically added to the shipping label. Ebay does not allow us to make changes to those options at any time. If your address is incorrect, and we ship the item, there is nothing we can do to reverse it. The item has been shipped. If you let us know that the address is incorrect prior to us shipping, all we can do is cancel the order, provide refund and relist the item. But this must be done prior to us shipping.
We ship packages Monday – Friday by 4 pm EST, handling time may be longer if item is purchased on Friday after 3 pm as those packages may be shipped on Monday, (or Saturday if we are able to do so)
We ship all items USPS or FedEx Home Delivery. We make the selection based on the most affordable shipping rate offered.
